Unlike inflatable or lightweight alternatives, SprayFlex Pro is built around a heavy-duty steel frame, providing a stable, long-lasting structure that stands up to heavy use in demanding environments. The booth is fully enclosed with durable, flame retardant sheeting, which can be customised with transparent vision panels to enhance visibility and safety. Every aspect of the design has been created to improve workflow efficiency, protect your workspace, and extend the lifespan of your equipment and projects.

MOBILE EXTRACTION TECHNOLOGY

A heavy-duty 2m x 1m x 750mm extract chest with two-stage filters for powerful air cleaning. Built on a steel frame with castors for easy mobility, it’s driven by a 450mm ATEX-rated axial fan with 1.1kW motor, delivering up to 7,000m³/hr airflow through a 500mm outlet.

A key feature of SprayFlex Pro is its integrated mobile extraction system. This state-of-the-art unit rapidly removes overspray, airborne particles, and paint fumes, helping you maintain air quality, safeguard operator health, and comply with industry safety standards. Because the extraction system is mobile, it can be easily repositioned to suit different projects and configurations.
