Industrial spray booth curtains constructed from heavy duty crystal clear 580gsm PVC at the top and heavy duty coloured 610gsm PVC at the bottom (no PVC top unless 12ft or over) variations of style can be requested. The curtains allow for a cost effective solution to reduce contaminants entering or leaving the work space, with the added advantage that they can be drawn back into a small space, allowing full use of the workshop when needed.
 
As standard the curtains come with quality shark tooth nickel plated eyelets pressed roughly every 30cm at the top and 50cm down each side, also included is a heavy duty industrial curtain track. The heavy duty track includes the required length of track, ceiling mounted fixtures, track joints (if applicable), end stops and nylon runners with clips to go through the eyelets.
 
Installations consists of simply mounting the track sections onto your ceiling or existing framework with the supplied track hardware and placing the nylon runners clipped to the curtain onto the track. The curtains will need securing in the track channel by placing the end stops in the track to avoid the curtain from sliding off the ends.
 
To achieve corners if creating a box or an "L" shape for example please contact us for a quote including the 90 degree track bends.
 
This curtains are manufactured in manageable sections (e.g. 20ft wide = Two 10ft sections) and attach together with industrial Velcro fasteners to make the desired width. The hardware supplied allows for hanging in a left to right linear configuration. The track can be supplied with bends to suite at extra cost, please contact us for more information.
